Week in watercolors

This is my week in watercolors. Monday is missing because, last weekend i thought it was good idea to push it to the gym, even as i was feeling a little bit sick. It resulted in two sleepless nights because of infernal pain in my back and legs, that did not allow me to lay down in bed. I brought my deck chair inside which allowed for almost comfortable position while finishing the first season of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and hot showers between the episodes. So monday i got to buy some ibuprofen and restocked on magnesium. Also got some fishoil capsules while at it, because it is getting dark. So by tuesday all systems were back to normal.
For now i've been making one piece a day, pretty much the first thing i do each morning after i waking up around 5-6am.
My thinking for this is that it is good to do it after sleep as i've processed the previous day and before the brain has been contaminated by the next. Ideally i would not open my phone to check any social media before painting but that needs some more effort. I have been doing some streaming on Periscope of the paintings but it seems pretty laggy for me. Anyway, painting feels good right now. The inktober is also starting up next week and i'm looking forward to participating in it again this year.
