Mandalas are spiritual symbols used for meditation in Buddhism and Hinduism. Its name in Sanskrit means "circle". From the spiritual point of view it is an energetic center of balance and purification that helps transform the environment and the mind of those who meditate on them.

If one day you want to feel relaxed there is no better therapy than drawing or painting mandalas, the design of this is completely free, you just need to let your imagination fly and make as many shapes as you want, the spiritual meaning of the mandala will depend on their colors. To name a few, pink represents patience; The orange the energy; The blue the peace The white the purification and the green the happiness.

Últimamente han estado muy de moda los mandalas, y es que no hay persona que no quede hipnotizada al ver uno. por sus colores y sus formas llega a ser para muchos un espectáculo visual.

Los mandalas son símbolos espirituales utilizados para la meditación en el budismo e hinduismo. Su nombre en sánscrito significa "circulo". Desde el punto de vista espiritual es un centro energético de equilibrio y purificación que ayuda a transformar el entorno y la mente de quien medita en ellos.

Si algún día quieres sentirte relajado no hay mejor terapia que dibujar o pintar mandalas, el diseño de esta es completamente libre, solo necesitas dejar volar tu imaginación y hacer tantas formas como quieras, el significado  espiritual del mandala dependerá de sus colores. Por nombrar algunos, el rosado representa la paciencia; el naranja la energía; el azul la paz; el blanco la purificación y el verde la felicidad.
