Now, let's see step by step how to get it done.
Get your pencil, pen and paper ready, follow the images and let's see what you can do. I believe you can, so give it a try.
Step 1: The eyes, it's key to any drawing. It's what help you see resemblance as you draw.
Step 2:: Get the hair done, and the neck too.
Step 3:: Draw the body
Step 4:: Body completed.
Step 5:: Ink it.
You don't need to follow through exactly as I did. Just get it done.

I like drawing myself but Im not so great at it....i can only really draw when looking at a picture....nice post. Keep it up. I like your drawing and the fact that it is anime drew my attention. not a fan of anime but when you live in Japan, it becomes a point of interest.

Very clean simplistic directions. I like it. The drawing is neat, I'm partial to anime there is something about the style.
