Painted stones including material list

I also often paint on stones. At the beginning i painted fishes and bugs, but later i use to draw on stones like on paper (and is even more unique) :)
I will post sometimes more of those works.

Here is my material that i use for painting on stones, if someone like to try.
Important: make sure that your ink and colors are light fast and waterproof.
For fine lines i use Micro pigment ink from Sakura.
I use acrylic lacquer for make points, it's good for decorative works, but mostly i use acrylic color.
The one from Marabu is good enough for stones (6 colors for 10,- €).
You also need:
Brushes, very fine one and some wider
Varnish ( I can recommend Pelikan)
Toothpick (for small points)

The rest you don't need but you can try out:
Acrylic ink from Schminke ( for making fine lines with small brush - much better then with acrylic colors)
Two components glue (if you wanna stick stones together)
Glitter (who like it)
Don't forget to wash the stones :)
