There are clear instructions on the post by @tonyr, and you can also ask questions on the post if there is anything that you are unsure of. Essentially, tonyr provides 3 options and you can choose to attempt one or more options. You can then create a post detailing your progress pictures and also post your attempt in the comment section of the contest post. Hope that helps.
