✒️🎨Missing.../drawing
Some of us come to miss someone, starting too early, like parent gone too soon from our life. Some are being abandoned unfortunately in some other way. Some of us, and who hasn't been once in a life left from someone he loved?
Sometimes life is just life, ordinary life, eating us with it's dullness, and we feel like we are missing part of ourselves.
Missing part of yourself comes in so many different shapes, situations, but feeling is similar to each of them..like part of us is gone somewhere and that empty space is all that is there.
When I stared doing this drawing it wasn't my first intention to go into these subject, but as the drawing was reveling himself on a paper the subject was forming in my mind. At first it was just some pretty woman looking at me from blank paper.
Her looks gave me feeling to protect her somehow, so I added those plants around her, but at the same time that missing part started to revel as part of her.
First it was pencil drawing but as story was growing I needed some ink
And at the end it was it, missing part done in ink
I would like to hear from you, how do you see this drawing, what does it associates you off? How do you cope with those feelings?

Excellent drawing! I would say is more like a piece of art therapy than just a simple drawing.

no @lighteye, unfortunately never had a chance. But it's one of my wishes I hope one day will come true. To be honest, I don't know how to get into touch with people who are deciding who will do some illustration for a book. And also I do it in old fashion way, drawing by hand, so let's say I am maybe run over with time :)
No you didn't, art is always timeless. People simply didn't see you. I was designing books until 2011 and at that time I needed someone like you… Hand drawing is not a problem at all @jungwatercolor.
