Meanwhile, in the sewers, the Moocity Cyber-Rats Council is plotting a take-over of Suncity!!

The location here is still Suncity, as we can see Hammerjack's feets in the background, but these rats are Mooncity infiltrate agents.
There always has been a fierce competition between the two cities as they where the first found on Mars by Old Earth colonists.
They became gigantic urban madnesses well before Monstercity, Cisouloucity, Gosthcity or Mantracity...
