We Are What We Eat
For this artwork I took a photo of a stuffed animal and then animated all sorts of yummy, edible items on top of it. The theme, therefore, is eating and food. That old saying is very true: we are what we eat. If we eat garbage, then naturally, there will be junk on our insides too. Yet the opposite is also true; when we eat things that are nourishing, then we will be nourished.
I have found this to be especially relevant also when it comes to spiritual concepts. When we feed on empty and unholy things from the world, we will be empty inside. Yet when we feed on the spiritual words of God, we will be filled with goodness.
