Art - Monkey D. Luffy of One Piece

Hello Steemit Friends. 4 days ago I drew an Anime was Son Goku of Dragonball, Other Steemians is very happy to my artwork and gave to me a good compliment about my artwork. So Iam Inspired to draw again an anime because of steemians was supporting me in this platform.

So this is my next anime artwork, I always draw an artwork for you guys. This is the way to say thank you to all of you.

Its Monkey D. (Strawhat)Luffy the main character in One Piece.

MATERIALS

• Unipin 0.1

• Pencil

• Eraser

• Vellum Paper 180gsm

• FC Colored Pencil

THE PROCESS

SKETCHING

I start in the Face that Iam always doing.

Then I start in body. His clothes has a basic line so its easy to draw this but I need to balance the size of her body parts to make it good artwork.

Next I add more paper in the side because my character is not fitted to my paper. I used tape to fix the other paper. (Nice Idea.lol)
I started to sketch the right foot.

And lastly sketch the other foot. I put more time to do this because its hard to balance it like the right but later I adjust it when Ill trace it.

TRACING

I traced all the outline and I adjust the right foot. Its size was almost perfect.

COLORING using COLORED PENCIL

First I started in the Hair. I stroked it harldy to make the color shine.

Next is the Hat. As you can see I used 3-4colors each part to make it look 3D, (Hoping I make it like 3D)

Next is her Clothes. Its almost same color but I used 3colors only.

After, I started in her shorts.

And Lastly is her Skin tone. I used in this Part is 2color pencil only. Pink and Light orange but I used the color of the Papel for the 3rd color.

And then Its done!

Because Iam very proud in the outcome let me take a selfie.
