Triplets | Faces from La Colonia Tovar
In this presentation of Triads I bring you a selection of lying faces.
This type of figures can generate some fear, intrigue, distancing but undoubtedly call attention, several of these adorn the town of La Colonia Tovar, inviting you to come to the store or take a picture with them, being the typical caricaturized German image is their main task.
There is something decadent, there is something mysterious, there is a I don't know what in these faces/no faces, which made me want to capture them.
We can talk about the price for putting your head in a piece of cardboard, but better not. Let's talk about the depth of the void... these photos leave me thinking, with a strange taste, how are we looking at each other?
