Working with Prismacolors for the First Time
PORTRAITS
Hi there, Sharing what I made with prismacolors. I bought a new set and I've used it and this is the outcome.
My brother requested
I drew Ezra Miller! (I do hope it's obvious!)
Prismacolors have excellent skin tone premix!
I have a set of 36 colors which I think is enough range to have for coloring!

HERE WE GO! The process photos from, sketch, layering to finished product! The frame is ours so I like how it matched the theme.
Experience
So, what's it like?
- Found it hard to adjust to a new set but thankfully I got it good!
- I still have issues with facial proportion
- does it even look like Ezra?

Oh wow, you did all that in colour pencils? It is soooo coool!!You have given me hope that colour pencils can work just as nicely as paint :D I loveeeee it! I recently watched Ezra Miller in Perks of being a Wildflower and I really like him in his curly long hair. This is a different look of him. Thank you for showing us the steps. I love how you presented the colouring of his portrait. How does your brother like it? :)
Hi thank you so much! my brother loved it hehe! yes colored pencils are just as beautiful! it just needs the right style and rendering. I have many other pencil art that sells as much as paintings but it requires a lot of time and effort. like this one, colored pencils:

Nicely done, your drawing really captures the actor and his good looks :D. I like that you use a variation of colours to paint his skin.

This was amazing. Great results. It does resemble Credence. Maybe a more exagerated jaw and slanted eyes might have highlighted his looks. But it looks good
