What is everyone’s favorite season? I took this shot of some people fishing down at Silver Lake down in Washington State at 48 North. Back up here in Northern BC at 54 North, Autumn seems a distant memory as I look out at the frozen lake in front of our house today. Silver Lake Park, Washington State, USA

ovely soft earth tone colors that are not over saturated. great composition , . The tones and clarity are remarkable. . Robert, congrats on a very nice work.

Simply beautiful Rob. All the earthy tones and light of autumn with such clear reflections. Beautifully captured. In such contrast to our Australian fall, which virtally doesn't exist except in the suburbs.

Thanks. Its a beautiful time of the year over here; particularly for an Australian ;-). You can see some Native fall colors in OZ up in the high country of Tasmania but that is about it.

Another area in OZ where colours are magical in autumn is Fern Tree Gully, just out of Melbourne. Lovely driving up the mountain there in autumn. Have yet to visit Tasmania ~ Hoping to this year. So will make sure I visit there in their fall.

Liquid Ambers and Japanese Maples. But somehow they blend really well with the tree ferns.
