Wow these are really cool. I can't pick a favorite! It is amazing how much you can tell about the different characters and how distinct they all are from each other, without you having to put in any great amount of detail. As I am looking over them all again, the one on the far left of the middle row (with the white stripes/belts/tubes or whatever) is my favorite. Not sure why but it is calling to me :)
