Food Painting: Vegetables 蔬菜篇

Every weekend in spring and summer, I like to go to the supermarket to buy some fresh green vegetables and cook for the family. Now garlic are in the market, and I like to make pickles with them at this time. It is not only a delicious vegetable but also a rare seasoning,and has a good reputation as penicillin coming out of the ground. In short, it is benifit for your body.

So, today I would like to share with you the food painting, they are common vegetables in the kitchen. The diffrence between the Western painting and freehand brushwork in traditional Chinese painting is that western paintings are normallly realistic and the freehand brushwork in traditional Chinsese paintings are characterized by vivid expression and bold outline.

春夏时节的周末，我比较喜欢逛市场。买一些新鲜的蔬菜，然后在家做饭。这个季节，新鲜的大蒜上市了，通常我都会买一些用来做泡蒜。大蒜不仅是美味的蔬菜也是不可多得的调味品，素有“地里长出的青霉素”之称。经常食用还可以预防感冒，对你的身体可是相当的有益处，是祛病健身的佳品。

对于一个喜欢美食的人来说，画食物还是非常有趣的。今天就跟大家分享 一下这组静物，它们都是厨房里常见的蔬菜---南瓜，大蒜，辣椒，白菜。中国画与西画不同的是，西画中的静物基本都是写实写生，而写意国画一般就是抒情的，抓住主要特征，以意为之。

Material 工具：

Chinese brushes 毛笔3 只
Chinese painting color : 中国画颜料：赭石, 藤黄，花青，大红
Xuan Paper (raw rice paper) 生宣纸
Chinese ink 墨汁

The Process:

先用浓墨勾画出大蒜的大致轮廓，需要注意一下透视就行。

南瓜用藤黄，大红，赭石加一点墨，然后侧峰顺着南瓜结构直接画出。瓜蒂我后来又用浓墨加深了一下。

接着用大红加一点墨，画出小红辣椒。浓墨点梗。

淡赭石染一下大蒜。

最后觉得画面上部分比较空，所以又加了一棵大白菜，就是那种嫩绿的菜心。这幅静物小画基本就完成了。
