Season changes and our body mind and spirit follow it all
Everything is affected by each season that passes
That we learn to accept and to let go of it thus creating happiness
Winter teached us to relax and to slowdown as we have been given time to reflect and to plan for the days ahead
Spring teached us that all our ideas during winter will blossom as inspiration is all around us with all the colors and life gathering all around us
Summer teached us to go out in nature and enjoy the sun, as days are longer and the weather is warm anywhere you go is lots of fun
Fall teached us to reflect to ourselves as change is happening everywhere and nothing is permanent that we learn to let go of as change is the only constant in this world
With all the changes in seasons we appreciate and cherish every moment more as love makes the world go round and the moment is only "Now"

I like winter. It made me think about Bob Ross' work. Are you perhaps familiar with it?
