Yowza! Yellow! You're almost done!
I love the texture of the watercolor. It looks like an ancient surface as soon as it's painted. And you've got such a subtle gradation of shades going down the page.
Can't wait to see what you choose for Z.
Ancient surface, yes! It's always amazing to see the intricate patterns left behind as the water dries. Thanks for stopping by, I really appreciate your comments.
and if i wasn't buying that gold paint you showed a little bit back.... i'm buying 2 now hahahahaha... love that you picked this as your word
That Fine-Tec doesn't play around! With all the watery paints you use it will integrate very nicely. I'm excited to see what you do with it!! Did you get the golds, the pearls, the colors?!? There's so many to choose.
Gotta catch them all!!!!! but i got the gold and....... will prob end up ordering all the rest hahah..... my name is gotmeens and i have an addiction....

Yellow gold all the way this time.
That is very, very cool. I love art that is geometrically based (even though I don't do much myself!), and you nailed it. Do you do the same thing I do for circles and use cups/plates? This is a piece you could frame and hang up!
So glad you enjoy this one! These kinds of geometric pieces are always a lot of fun because making them is liking solving a puzzle. Yes! I've used all kinds of things to trace a circle, though for this I used a compass (one of my favorite tools). I appreciate your support, it means a lot coming from an artist as skilled as you ☺
I have REALLY got to get a compass lol I honestly can't believe I haven't bought one yet
