The Ark "Dawning in Shadows" | Analyzing the Project.

One more day is present before our eyes, one more day of work and dedication to carry this project forward.

It has been more than 100 days since we started, a time that, despite being short, has brought us experiences and endless emotions to continue to move forward, filling the community of Steemit and the community of The Ark itself with art. One hundred days in which we have taken our objectives and goals to the promotion of the arts, thus carrying out diverse community activities such as podcasts, radio programs, recitals and gatherings in which users have felt comfortable and have participated by feeling identified with them.

We have also made a hard work for the elaboration and constant improvement of our editorial line and our image as a project in order to have our own quality standard and a much more solid base of our work as a group of committed users and as a project where we can give the example to the users and artists so that they are the ones who feel motivated to improve daily with the written, visual and auditory tools that we leave at their disposal.

It's worth noting that you've probably noticed how busy we've been recently.

As you know (or perhaps you don't know), all the users who manage this project are Venezuelans, a country in which the dreams and goals, however small they may be, will ALWAYS have a setback, in our case it could not be less than the main ones for this work: internet/electricity. Therefore, most of us have resorted to different methods to continue to carry out the project in a fluid manner: use of cell phones, cybercafés, computers of friends, long trips to other regions, expenses in complementary services, among others. A whole series of actions that in one way or another generate expenses that we did not take into account at the time and today have kept us a little away from them.

In addition to this, the project has no investors or sponsors to look after its sustenance, so we have had to make our own expenses to sustain it. For the love of art. However, we must be realistic and face the situations as they should be faced.

We take the project very seriously and give our all to go ahead, and although the "design" brought a threat and today we realize how this threat is in charge of mitigating what has been built with passion, leading us to a dawn in the shadows, it is necessary to recognize the different aspects of the project as well as its strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats to face them better in the early future.

From this tool we have been able to define all the virtues and problems involved in the development of such a great project as the Ark.

The work team, in spite of being made up of young professionals, tends to be overshadowed and limited by certain situations that are beyond its comprehension, which is why we believe it is necessary to take all these aspects shown in the matrix and create strategies through lines of Action for their early solution where the matrix is crossed and real solutions are reached that can be applied from now on.

O1: To define an editorial and artistic production line that allows us to face the artistic reality of Latin America.

O2S4: To grow as a project of diffusion and artistic valuation for the users in which there are allies in the high variety of countries of the world.

O1W4: Include people from different countries in order to allow for greater management of activities within the project, as its members would not be entirely Venezuelan.

W2: Find a sponsor to support the project and create a savings fund for emergency expenses that may arise.

W3: Continue to create content based on the dissemination and development of the arts.

T1: To talk with community and project leaders in order to learn about their activities and schedules and allow for better coexistence and lines of action.

T2S5: To carry out artistic activities that allow users to show off their skills and strengthen their knowledge in the fields of art, thus serving as a basis for greater growth and presentation of quality work inside and outside the platform.

T3S3: To maintain the good treatment and management of activities in order to be a model of community project around art in Latin America.

T3: Strengthen the program based on our objectives, mission and vision in order to build loyalty among more users committed to our project.

Based on the above, we can understand what our current limits are in terms of the project and understand that the proposed objectives must be achieved one by one.

In this way, the Ark will seek to take its current axis of action to strengthen what makes us strong:

• Share

So let us fight the shadows together and rise up with a great foot to move forward today.
