"Abstract spiral square black and white"drawing tutorial.

Hello my steemit friends! I would like to show you guys how to draw a spiral square, lets bring out the art in you by joining me in my step by step easy tutorial.

Lets get ready with things we needed for this drawing. A short white paper, plastic ruler, sign pens, pencils, bud, kneaded eraser, a black marker and a small painting brush.

First, measure paper in 8x8 (in inches), marked a half inch on each four corner at the side of your paper.

The outer side of the paper is the first square, connect mark on each end with a line using your pencil and a ruler, that will make your second square.

Remember to mark half inch not too close to the outer square.

Repeat marking four sides and connect it to make your squares, until you reach the center of the square.

You can draw a small square or a circle at the center.

Then, draw a round side to each corner of all the squares.

Then, use a sign pen to highlight the pencil lines, start on each corner of squares then connect it, this will prevented over lining.

After its done, lets go shading the second square. I've used 0.7 sign pen to shade the corner first, then the line and shades the center with a black marker.

Repeat the process shading squares alternately.

Done it!

If you want to make it a 3d, just shade sides with pencil from dark (8b pencil) to light (7b pencil) and to soft (2b pencil)

Then blend the pencil shades with a bud or brush. You can apply more shades and blend it, until you are satisfied to the shading.
