Drew this early 2108 in graphite. I don't use pencil / graphite as much as I probably should.
The plague doctor masks are quite interesting and have a cool history behind them. Basically they were used when we had less knowledge of diseases and germs and bad smells were associated with illness. They would put good smelling herbs, flowers and fruits in the tip of the mask and breath in those smells thinking it would combat any illness the foul smells could carry.
