Today you will learn the continuation of the story of Superman.

The action takes place in the "DC Animated Universe". Kal-El stops the Metallo. When Clark returns to the Daily Planet, Perry White gathers him, Lois Lane, Jimmy Olsen, and several employees to discuss The Man of Steel. Due to the fact that there is nothing new on him, Perry disperses everyone. After a conversation with John and Martha Kent, the main character flies back to the Daily Planet. From Lois, Kal-El learns that somehow Superman attacked the Kaznian embassy. Once at the scene of the crime, Clark meets his double, created by Lex Luthor. The robot shackles Kent and pulls him to the depths of the ocean. Superman destroys the doppelganger, and then brings the remains to Lex and declares that he has reached his limit.

A few days later, the main character is again simply called by another fan named Kelly. He quickly leaves, then defeats Corben again. Returning to the editorial office, Kal-El informs Lane that he has found a guy named Bob Gage, who lethally imports firearms. It turns out: the weapon was stolen Metallo, as well as the guard. Checking the first green barge, Clark and Lois immediately find Corben with a hostage, who turned out to be Kelly. The metal throws Lane into the water, then flies away. Lois comes up and follows him, and Kent, after changing clothes, does the same. When Superman finds Corben, he shoots down the nearest helicopter, after which he irradiates the main character with kryptonite radiation. Waking up, Kal-El rescues the pilots and Kelly. The latter exposes Lane in a bad light on the air.

Later at the observatory, holding the core of Brainiac's ship in his hands, Clark tells the scientist about Krypton. When Kent and Lois discuss Superman again, Metropolis is flooded with black cats with laser vision. Imperceptibly changing clothes and using X-ray vision, the main character realizes that these are robots. Kal-El is attacked by the owner of the cats, Brainiac. Gathered together, all cats become a single feline robot. When Clark destroys the latter, Brainiac takes Lane hostage. Kent offers an exchange. Brainiac releases Lois, and in return Superman gives him all the ship's memory. When the exchange is carried out, the main character destroys Brainiac.

A few days later, Kal-El tries to stop a couple of bandits. They shoot at him with a beam of gravity change. When Clark tries to stop the robbers again, he falls into the subway. After hearing that they are working for Luthor, and Jimmy is being tried to kill, Kent stops them.

A few days pass. After learning that Livewire has infiltrated the Metropolis power plant, Superman tries to stop her, resulting in a powerful electric shock. The main character has no choice but to team up with Lex. Together they freeze Leslie.

A few days later, Kal-El stops a gang of robbers. When one of them opens a box, Clark finds himself in a ruined Metropolis, where he meets Mister Mxyzptlk. The imp turns back time. When Kent manages to figure out what the bandits were after in time, the disappointed Mxyzptlk returns him to the moment with the box, after which he leaves. The contents turn out to be kryptonite. Having driven the main robber into the sewer and prevented the young baseball player from accidentally destroying the clock, Superman saves today. Returning to the "Kent Farm", the main character tells his parents about what happened.
