Spiderman Sister from the series "The Amazing Spiderman: Family Business"

Now we will talk about a character named Good Punisher. Her real name is Theresa Parker, also known as Miss Penguin, Miss T and Theresa Duran. All actions take place on the original Earth 616. Teresa is the daughter of CIA agents (616) Richard Parker (616) and Mary Parker (616). Also, Parker is the younger sister of Peter Parker, also known as Spiderman (616). Arriving in the ruins of Cairo, Durant gives Peter the black costume of Spiderman. After some time, the heroes are attacked by assassins, Mentallo (616) and the living Kingpin (616). During the conversation, the main character learns that her whole life, as the daughter of Richard and Mary Parker, as well as the younger sister of Peter Parker, was a lie that Kingpin and Mentallo created in her head. After some time, Wilson forced Spiderman to open a secret vault from which a robot came out called Sleeper (616). Immediately after this, Fisk and the Sleeper attack Parkers. A battle ensued, during which the heroes defeat the Sleeper and Kingpin. When Teresa tried to kill Wilson, she was stopped by Peter. After some time, Mentallo, releasing a wave of energy, knocked out everyone who was next to him. Waking up, Miss Penguin forgot that Peter Parker is Spiderman. Right after that, Miss T said goodbye to Peter, and they parted.
A few years later, Spiderman and Duran defeated the Chameleon.
