RE: A step by step guide on how to take photos of fireworks.

in #art5 years ago

This is exactly what I needed. Last year I missed to photograph the fireworks that is here during the Swiss birthday on 1st of August (I mixed up the days) and this year I can't miss out on this opportunity. I haven't shot fireworks before and I was a little nervous about that but with your guide I'm sure I will manage. I just finally need to get that remote..

Thank you for sharing and have a lovely day!

I'm glad I was able to help! At least I know someone out there is getting something from this post 😛.

There will be several opportunities for fireworks once the weather gets warm. It's worth taking the effort to go see them. Plus its a reason to get out the house!

You still have time to get the remote but remember a wired one is best so you can lock it in and be in the moment enjoying the show. Once you have your settings locked in you are good to go but it takes a while to find the settings that'll make you happy. Just remember to keep the ISO as low as possible to get clean images. Play around with the shutter speed as that's the most important factor in the equation.

Thanks again and greetings from NYC USA!
