Let me add something more to your statement also: A high goal is needed in life, so that you may know the direction in which you are going, but a high goal alone can be overwhelming at times. So below that main High Goal, there should be different smaller goals that help you reach your higher goal. Complete determination and complete commitment are the main skills that will help anyone pursuing any dream.
