Fantasy Characters - From sketch to painting - part 2 (Anthropomorphic Characters)

Here we continue with a few more fantasy characters I've painted in the past.

Today a few Anthropomorphic characters.
These are characters that have all the traits of being 'human'.. or humanoid. They have a the same amount of limbs, body-proportion is sort of relatable to that of humans.. yet they are based one 1 or more types of animal.

They have been used for thousands of years.. as you know many old 'gods' have animal traits. Though back then they mostly had animal parts combined with human parts.

Designing them is a special challenge, making the anatomy believable is 1 thing, but how to dress them up and give him the accessories that fit the characters is another.
I really do enjoy coming up with characters like this tho! Hope you like them.. here's a few examples!
