Description:
Chakrodaya is a yogic breathing technique that implies breathing so subtle, so smooth that is described as 'round breathing'. It is about making the differences between incoming and outcoming breaths so minimal, that the totality of breath is appearing as circular. In this graphics i've presented a contrast between 'squareness' of the individual, sadhana ray-like and lightning-like effect on the sadhak and universal breath that is the junction and the bridge between individual and universal.
