Imagination landscapes!
This new series will be on using your imagination as an artist.
Watercolour landscape by Ada Fagan:
I used to do demonstrations at art galleries. And this is one of those.
Doing demos:
- Each scene you do, you think of a basic theme and then just paint what comes into your head.
- This one is based on walk along the pathway of life and walking into the unknown future!
- As in demo painting, you don't really know how it is going to turn out, you just do your thing!
- And people love watching how it turns out.
- And afterwards they ask question or buy some paintings, even take photos of you working.
Hello @artguru, how are you doing? I really appreciate your advice on how to paint using our imagination. Unfortunately I am not good in painting. I can only paint a little object in front of me. But not similar to the original. Have a nice day, ma'am.
I was just used to doing demos that's all.
When you fiddle around with your brush you learn what it can do. And if you try our different types of brushes you learn to make all sorts of effects. That's what makes watercolour painting such fun.
Imagining the numbed of times you artist spend on designing an art image
It's fun having imagination. When you paint it's like travelling and see new places!
The trick to imagination is: Once a brushstroke appears it's shape inspires a new concept to work on. Like seeing is believing in something, that you can turn into something else. Weird but true, once you have got started!

This look unique. Art is beautiful
It is unique, because it was conceived through imagination.
