Good evening steemers,

Tonight Im gonna post a piece I did based on those comic covers from the 40s and 50s,like the ec ones, weird science and that kind of comics

It was one of my regular clients, that wanted a sci-fi sleeve and I suggested to give it that vintage comic book cover feel to it,I said that it would look cool if there was a scene of few astronauts fighting a giant alien/monster..

I wanted to tell a bit of a story, like the astronauts were exploring and when they came back they found the monster attacking some of their colleagues,there's also a corpse next to them ,hinting that the beast can suck you dry!
I also wanted to feature a space pin-up,so one of the astronauts is a very fine girl, complete with her ray-gun!

I wanted to have it colourful but at the same time a bit faded,gving that vintage feel to it..
