Here's another simple painting tutorial that any child or kids-at-heart can try.

MATERIALS and TOOLS

Prepare all the materials needed:
Acrylic Paint
Brush
Canvas
Water
Sponge

STEPS

Paint a background using the combination of your blue and white paint. This will be your sky.

You can create a gradient effect by applying blue at the top of your canvas and gradually adding white. Or, you can just paint a plain background.

Add clouds by dabbing a sponge with white paint on the canvas. You can be as spontaneous as you want.

You can also add a semi-realistic effect on your clouds by applying a thin paint first and then adding a new thick layer of white paint on it.

Paint hills using green paint. You can be as creative as you want to be! It can be a mountain or a field or anything!!!

In this part, I added tree trunks usinh a pointed brush.

Then, using a darker shade of green, I painted its leaves. It's a little bit cartoony, but if you want a more detailed leaves you can use the pointed brush to paint smaller leaves.

Almost finished...

A lighter shade of green is painted on the leaves to make a depth on the painting.

And a little details for the hills.

And it's done! You now have a mini landscape painting :)
