A Lovely and Original Roundabout in Vienna (Austria)
This is one of the most peculiar roundabouts I've seen so far. It's original name is Kreisverkehr Obere Augartenstraße (cough, cough), which means Upper Roundabout of the Augarten Street. (It's right next to the Augarten Park.)
There's no purpose to this structure other than a purely decorative one. I think it's really cute, specially with the vines entangled around its columns.
I also found it amazing how the cable trolley cars passed underneath it. Very cool! 🙃
What do you think of this? A cool idea? A waste of taxpayer's money? Both?

I live near St. Louis, Missouri, USA. Reminds me a little bit of our Arch. Interesting structure, I'm having a hard time thinking what to make of it
