Whoa, so this will be a residential project idea? I would assume that the containers are lifted via some lift system or need a crane service to do it?
It would be a multifunctional building, with residences and public services (the colors of the sections represent the functions, dark red is for the residences). In the last section you can see a freight elevator (schematic). The idea would be that they hook the containers directly from the ships ... :D
