The Beautiful Mosque Rumuha Takengon
Takengon is the capital of Central Aceh district, Aceh Province. Aceh is famous with its air which is cool because geographically located at the height of the central highlands and the city is also located near the shores of lake Laut Tawar is one of the largest lakes in Indonesia that famous with the scenery charming.Takengon has a mosque which is quite famous, namely the Mosque Ruhama Takengon. Mosque large Aceh is located in the heart of the city Takengon, is the main mosque or the great mosque in the city.
Masjid Ruhama Takengon established in the year 1969, on the land endowments of 1,431 which square meters. The current mosque has a capacity of 2000 worshipers Masjid Ruhama Takengon famous design interesting. A fusion between modern style and traditional tribe of Gayo, a tribe who were the original inhabitants of the region the central highlands.
The Interior of the mosque is more beautiful with a blend of the mural nuanced gayo and rows of calligraphy. Mihrab of the main masjid Ruhama filled with calligraphy islamic beautiful. A layer of soft carpet spread meets the side of the mosque. The cool mountain air make this mosque does not need air conditioning and the scenery outside the mosque was very beautiful.
Mosque Ruhuma also has a beautiful garden with a pond in the entrance gate and the flowers that bloom neatly arranged to make us want to linger long in this mosque.
