The Dilapidated City - 10

How many times did I go to take pictures of old buildings and always thought: what will our descendants photograph in 100 years as architectural monuments? Answering my question becomes a little sad when I see which new houses and buildings are being built.

In this house every extension can be traced.

First, some merchant built himself a one-story house, then he had a wife and he made an extension, then the children are still an extension...and so on.

And this house seemed strange to me. He has entrances to the first and second floor from different sides of the house. I often met to have different doors to different floors, but the doors are always next to each other.

There used to be a Sunday school (in a green house), and now just a priest lives.

Street Eustaphy Pavlovich Shilnikovsky. This is a local honorary citizen, an artist, worked as a engraver at the Severnaya Chern factory. Along the street there used to be Nemchinov creek, which over the years has dried up and turned partly into a swamp. From the swamp made a canal along the street.

Here I again did not have time - the house was already demolished. There was an interesting house with a mezzanine, which had a pile of firewood built into the facade.

An ordinary, typical for our place, wooden house.

Such houses you want to call a "hen house".

As always, plastic windows spoil the whole view.
