Parade of Light

When you combine architecture and light results are mesmerasing. Beginning from 16th of February till the 17th of March most major buildings in North Terrace, Adelaide, will be a canvas for visual stories. Shimmering lights and laser shows are turned on at eight pm and for the two hours you can enjoy different visual presentations. One of them which I liked the most is Tangkuinyendi Yabarra.

Walls of Institute Building became alive, and ancient Aboriginal stories and legends were visually presented to new generations. You can't be indifferent to the explosion of color, movement, and sound. Hundreds of people cued to watch it. I captured just a fraction of visual stories with my camera, but I put emphasis on details, on the interaction of architecture and light. Hope you will like it.
