haha, due to taxation from the government. This is the solution to high real property price in Amsterdam.
I don't think it will happen in Hong Kong haha! All solutions will be banned by the property developers~
Then, it will be a fight between the citizens and developers. On the other hand, I do think some new developers would like to innovate from there and compete with the old conglomerate.
