Oh ya, Hong Kong can be also a suitable country to implement this kind of floating house, since the property price is insane and limited land.
But I am sure the price of these floating house is still fxxking high in HK Xdddd
haha, due to taxation from the government. This is the solution to high real property price in Amsterdam.
I don't think it will happen in Hong Kong haha! All solutions will be banned by the property developers~
Then, it will be a fight between the citizens and developers. On the other hand, I do think some new developers would like to innovate from there and compete with the old conglomerate.
