How often do you appreciate the people around you?
Appreciating the people around you means that you know their worth, value and what they can offer.
One thing we do not know is that, sometimes appreciation is the only thing people need, once they see someone who could just say thank you and show them off, they feel satisfied.

Some individuals feel they have to give money to show how much they appreciate people's effort, but the truth is that, sometimes, it goes beyond just what you can give, and then it has to with how much you can praise them and tell people around that they are of great value and benefit to you.
