Washed all the plums, took all the pips out of them.
Note: the pips have an acidid ingredient and should never be used in any products made from plums.
I do no take the skin off and I do not mince the plums. That is optional.
Over 20 kg of plums. Ready to go for tomorow.
I will post a photo of the final product and with all the ingredients and recipe with that photo.
Remember, best way to make jam is to prepare everything the day before.
