... food/medicine! We eagerly await their readiness every year at this time. We enjoy just sucking on them as we walk around the garden and we also put them into our drinking water. One other way we extract their goodies is through the oil extraction method we’ve shown in previous appics posts. We love it internally and topically. I’ll post a wonderful steemit post below from a fellow steemian who created blog and video about the POWER of spruce tips! Thanks for tuning in today appics community and steem blockchain! #dfood :) Jake and the Raw Utah family

Beautiful photography, and of course it is very beneficial for the health of the tip of the pine, although Seha has never enjoyed it directly, but the reading and sources left behind are very appetizing to try it in time.

A green day is always my brother.💚

Hello Jake, how are u doing? It's nice to be able to harvest by yourself in the food forest. I have never heard the tip of the pine can be harvested. Actually, the tip of the pine can be processed into what product, Jake? In my country the tip of the pine has never been used. the tree is used as a Christmas tree. Enjoy your week end my friend.

hello...i'm doing well...i hope you are also. :) yessss..the tips of pines, spuce and fir trees, the evergreens, are sooooo medicinal. they can be processed into many types of products. we will be using it like our rose infused oil....to make topical lotions, salves etc...to rub on our skin. yes, the spruce is a commonly used tree here also for christmas trees. enjoy your weekend sister!

Hello @rawutah, nice to meet you again. how is your health today?

The tip of the pine tree is ready to be harvested?
I have never heard of the benefits of the tip of a pine tree. Do you want to make cream products like Kamarin, which you mix with mct oil?
if not, I really want to see the benefits of the tip of a pine tree? I am very curious about the benefits. and hopefully your days are always fun. :)
