Coinbase is the gateway for most United States Cryptopians.. I know too many people that have purchased #Bitcoin or #Ethereum on #Coinbase and do nothing with their crypto other than HODL it right on the Coinbase App.. or even worse! Sell at a loss..

Coinbase is NOT where you should store cryptos! USE A HARDWARE WALLET! Coinbase is great for storing a little extra cash for incidents just like this.

I use the Coinbase App in this video to purchase the Steem account because it is more than likely what the majority of newcomers are familiar to seeing.

Coinbase is NOT a 'wallet' (It's an exchange - https://pro.coinbase.com) Sure, you can use it as a wallet but I suggest storing your cryptos off line.
