Yes dear it is. But I promise you, it's worth it in the end. I'll be honest, if you view it as diet, the chance of it staying off will be hard but if you view it and incorporate your changes into a lifestyle, the results will stick forever. Good luck! I lost 100 pounds ohhh, maybe 9 years ago. It took 4 years to come off. Slow and steady. Also if you keep the wieght off for more than two years, your likelyhood of keeping it off is like 70%

I know what you mean. Tomorrow i am going to gym and after that on bicycle or running. I have diet, i started 10 days ago. 2000 kcal on a day and 30-40 minutes running or bicycle everyday. Yesterday i run for 6 kilometres :D . Today i can't feel my legs so i have break :D
