Because our focus of awareness guides us. And the stronger our connection and dialogue with ourselves is, the better our intuition leads us through all the processes we need to go through, to heal our patterns and allow our conscious to be more kind,loving and accepting towards our own selves.
Building trust in ourselves, even through using a technique of projection to another person, in connection with physical activity and playful control over the laws of gravity and physics can tromedously speed up the progress of a trust-based foundation and resolutouting faith in ourselves. Which at the end will increase our lived potential in every layer of our lives.
