Blue light is actually everywhere - it's simply in the short-wavelength spectrum of light all around us, but specifically in articifical light and light emitted from phone/computer screens ๐ฉ๐ปโ๐ป๐ฑ
Blue light was never a big problem for humanity - but since our lifestyle has become more and more digital, most people are overly exposed to blue light.
Overexposure to blue light suppresses the secretion of melatonin in the body, meaning it messes with your sleep cycle ๐ด
### These glasses that I'm wearing in the video are blocking the blue light, filtering out the harmful wavelengths and therefore protecting my eyes.

I have blue light glasses as well. You gave out some great info. I also use F.lux on my phone to help minimize the blue light on my screen at night. It gives a warm color that is much softer on the eyes. You can use it on your laptop screen as well.
