Natural Ways To Give Anxiety Attack A Permanent Cure

Most people around the world suffer from anxiety attack and they do not know that there is cure for it. Research says that millions of people around the go through these type of attack every day. Here is the good news, there are natural’s ways to get an anxiety cure and make it permanent.

Anxiety can be caused in so m any ways. It triggered up mainly by what we call stress. Some other things that could cause anxiety are coffee and alcohol. Research also says that when a particular type of mineral in the body called magnesium is low it causes anxiety.

Panic attacks do not have a particular time it comes or it goes. Its either it lasts for a long time or for a short time. Before an attack, there are some symptoms that are meant to occur in the human body. For example, chest pain, difficulty in breathing, fast heart rate beat and severe head ache. There are other types of symptoms but these are the most common ones.

I you answer is no, not to worry, I will tell you how it is done. The first thing you do when you observe you are about to have an attack is meditate and think about what caused the attack in the first place. This makes you know what to immediately and if possible solve the problem.

Stay calm and relax, try not to stress your self any further. You could do some imaginable thinking, it helps sometimes, for example think of your dream girl or you dream house. This distracts the mind makes you forget about you problem.

If it was that easy. Successful meditation needs training. However, there's no guarantee it helps you if you trained yourself for ages thinking about the source of the stress. The human brain is not made to think NOT of something. The thought of the stressor comes back sooner or later.

I don't believe in medication either since there are too many side effects. But often getting out of a situation or avoiding it is the only help.
