RE: Depicting the japanese animation fans culture

in #anime6 years ago

I have watched a few anime, it amazing how much you get immersed into it when watching, its definitely worth giving it a try. People that visit for comiket must have mad passion for anime..

I really didn't know that much about the "anime world", a whole lot of things go on there that ends up making it what it is, even the fans have a part to play. How little I know about these but thanks to you, I know a little bit more now and I feel quite enthusiastic about anime, I will probably watch a few more. I am more of a Shonen/superheroes kinda person

Your post is quite detailed and you made an effort to touch almost every aspect of it. You definitely do have passion for anime

living surrounded by so many wonderful and interesting things would make it hard to focus on living a normal life…

I wouldn't mind living that life with less focus on the normal life... Hahaha! Hopefully, I will visit Akiba someday, and maybe live there (for a while) who knows?

Thanks for the kind comment, it really is amazing how one can lose track of the world while watching some of the best ones. I agree, I WILL one day visit Akihabara and go to a comiket, but I know beforehand it's going to be more of a trial and a challenge than anything else, I think I will look forward to it like an adventure.
I remember when I started, I watched just some recommendations from a friend and one day I was bored so I decided to watch something else and it kinda grew from that... I think those steps receiving GOOD recommendations from friends are what shapes your experience, I've seen many people who suggest watching classics like Evangelion or Death Note for starters, but for someone who's never watched anime it can be confusing, an anime like bakuman (mentioned above) would be much better for newbies to understand and follow (and enjoy). There are quite some great superheroes animes... in fact one of the best airing now is Boku no hero Academia, it's main selling point is that heroes are quite unique and the city is built on the premise of heroes' existence, for example, there is an association of people who are specialists in acting like injured people to train heroes.
And yeah! maybe it's not so bad to remove oneself from the normal life a bit :D

Looking forward to it as an adventure definitely is a good mindset

Good recommendations from friends definitely do shape one's viewing experiences. I get, there some that can be quite hard to grasp, especially for newbies...

Boku no hero Academia seems like a really interesting one, looks like one I would love to watch

Hahaha! Well, If you wanna remove yourself from the normal life a bit, then maybe Akiba will be a great place to be. Don't you think?

Of course!!! friends are really important, it's proven than sharing joy with friends only multiplies it! so having a friend inside that gives you good recommendations is really important because anime has so much variety that if you're not an expert it's likely you have a miss instead of a hit.
Yeah, I definitely plan on visiting Akiba at least once in my life, I've studied enough japanese to at least explore the city without getting lost ^^

Yes, yes, yes! definitely agree with that. Sharing joy with friends only multiplies it and make the moment a memorable one, friends are really precious gems. We should treasure them, its amazing to see what important roles friends play in almost all parts of our lives (some which we are often take for granted).

Hopefully, that plan will work out well! Hahahah! You seem to be working towards that already, well, getting lost in such a beautiful place shouldn't be so much of a hassle. You getting lost might end up turning into a fun adventure, who knows?
