we have a rescue, kind of. More like a friend that couldn't take care of their dog anymore and we took over. She has turned out wonderful.

i think most people will find that almost all dogs turn out wonderful. The bad dogs that exist out there are that way largely because the owners didn't dedicate enough time to them for them to be good.
