Killer whales, also known as Orcas, are one of the smartest animals on the planet. They are one among the 8 animal species, besides humans, who can recognize themselves in the mirror, which is a sign of high intelligence. They are also known to hunt animals using innovative techniques. For example, they hunt seals sitting on ice, by creating artificial waves to dis-balance them and make them fall into the water.
