Jungle Safari in Gir Forest National Park, India🐆🦌🐅 🌳
Last year I got the opportunity to visit Gir Forest National park, this place also known as Sasan-Gir. This park is situated in Gujrat, India and spreaded in about 1400 sq km.
Gir Forest is a home of Asiatic Lion in wilderness. There are more than 500 lions in the forest and also have so many other species of animals. According to official record there are about 40 species of mammals, around 300 species of birds, 40 species of reptiles and more than 2000 types of insects.
I got the chance to see few of the animals present in the forest. I was specially excited to see lion and saw dozens of lion roaming in the forest. It was really amazing experience to watch king of forest in their natural habitat.
Watching animal live in their natural habitat is completely different experience than watching them in the zoo. I am vegan and totally against zoo and aquariums as these artificial men made home for animals are prison and hell for them.
Here I am sharing some photographs I clicked in Gir Forest National park.
Hope you would like it.
