Aggressive Gecko Baby

A baby gecko suddenly comes out of the crack of a rock when I clean the garbage around my house. Looks a little aggressive, especially when I try to approach it. At our place, in Aceh, Gecko is a common name for calling big lizards, whereas, the type and species to very much.
