The Reckless Pilot - An Original Short Story
This first photo is my entry for the Photochain Challenge hosted by @davidesimoncini but this is actually the last shot in this story...
This is my first time participating in this contest, as I've only discovered it this week. This week's keywords are Landscape and Bird and my extra keyword is Tombstones.
The Reckless Pilot
The sun was shining on a quiet afternoon at the Saint Andrew's Cemetery (Ondrejský Cintorín) in the center of Bratislava. But suddenly, a big commotion started and almost degenerated into a war.
The culprit? This crow who landed so near his colleague that he nearly banged his head wide open. 😁
Such a big lack of respect wasn't going to be ignored by the chieftain of the group. He couldn't allow others to see him as a weakling, so he started shouting at the lousy pilot who had just endangered his life.
The guy, however, was too distracted with the piece of straw he had been carrying around all day... and he didn't care at all. 🙄
So, the leader kept shouting. The others gathered around to see how this was going to end. Now, everyone was looking at the action. 😬
Since the chieftain was still being ignored by the reckless pilot, he approached him in a clearly menacing way. Then he called his bodyguard to teach the culprit a lesson. 🤯
The other guy was playing dumb but he wasn't stupid.
Feeling like the others weren't just let this episode went by, he quickly took an evasive action and flew away before the group's bodyguard could draw any blood.
The bad pilot quickly disappeared into the skies and went to cause chaos and confusion elsewhere.
And so the quietness returned to the park... and all was silent again. 🤗
I hope you enjoyed this little story, which is totally made up, of course. Who knows if I am even close to the truth? 🤭

Yep crows are very voracious ... Last Friday, I saw the office the killing of a pigeon by two huge crows ... Impressive. I'll have to find a way to post the video of the feast that followed.

Crows can be mean..... persistent and makes a lot of noise! But my cat loves to sit in the window and watch! Great photos though :)

Looks like a good subject and story here my friend and the silence of the cemetery forms a nice contrast to the noise of the crows.
