AnimalPhotography - Siesta for Benny

Hi guys! This is my very first Steemit post and I thought I'd ease in slowly with pet pics. :)

This is Benny. He's an 11-year old Sheltie and absolutely loves the vantage point from our doorway in southern Spain - especially as he spent many years of his life as an apartment dog. Now he's absolutely loving being a real country dog in the tiny village of Canillas de Aceituno in Andalucia, Spain.

Here he is again, all refreshed and keeping an eye on the terrace situation (who knows, someone might come by and throw a stick or a ball!):

This is for the #animalphotography challenge by @juliank, and both pictures were taken with my Aquarius U Plus cell phone.

Thanks for stopping by. I'll definitely be posting more of Benny. He's one of my favorite subjects, and rarely minds having his picture taken. :)
